Seeking to increase his customer retention, the volume of inbound prospects, the amount of referrals received, and even the number bundled policies, Jay Adkins challenged and encouraged marketing expert John Tate to dive into the insurance industry, and then explore, test and prove out marketing tactics presumed successful within the insurance industry. So he did.

A cornerstone of the process is the community cause that is developed by AMM on behalf of each Agency, every 60-90 days. The promotion of these causes make a difference within the community and raise the perception of the Agency to be far from that of "just another insurance agent".
