I started working with AMM and their team a few months back after watching a presentation from Stef. The pricing was a bit more than I was paying, however what I received didn't compare. We are still in our infancy with AMM but I will say that the results in our website (TY Kevin, Abraham and the back end folks) ) are night and day from the one we left. The agency monthly magazine is high end and I've gotten very positive feedback from clients and business associates. Kevin set up a promotion where the agency received over 34 google reviews in 3 days. Although the dog is barley out of the house I am happy with our results thus far. I would recommend that you take 30min and see how they may help you and your agency.

AMM is a phenomenal company to work for! Across the board, the staff is upbeat and highly engaged, due to the fostering of a truly positive internal culture. One staff member who recently left the company and moved away for personal reasons told me she's turned down 5 job offers because she's trying to find a similar culture to AMM! The folks at AMM work hard, but do so with humor and a sense of shared mission and values; namely, helping small businesses to stabilize, excel and grow, all across the United States. Excellence and caring is the standard here, and I'm proud to be affiliated with this company and these people - and no doubt will continue to be for quite some time. (Yes, we use caricatures instead of photos to represent our staff because, just like us, they're fun, warm, friendly and dynamic!)

Camila and the AMM team have done a tremendous job of helping us create the brand we needed. I was led to them after reading the book "Agents of Change" and after one meeting we were all in. We meet with Camila monthly and call her even more frequently as she is always available when we need something. My favorite thing about AMM is they get the little things right.
