Natalia, a Creative powerhouse with a gift for storytelling and brand-building, made her mark shaping public images, launching campaigns, and creating consumer brands that found their way onto the shelves of major retailers, such as Walmart and Target.

When their paths crossed in the marketing world, they recognized the perfect balance of strategy and creativity in each other. From the start, Agency Marketing Machine (AMM) was never about marketing for marketing’s sake. It was about creating a smarter way for insurance agencies to grow, connect, and make a lasting impact.

Over a decade ago, the Tates pioneered niche marketing for insurance agencies, creating one of the first comprehensive programs designed to help agencies grow smarter and faster.
