How often do your clients hear from you?
When they do, is it just about rate increases or to buy additional policies? You don’t want that! Even if you don’t provide a monthly newsletter (email or physical), you can set up automated drip campaigns that will at least allow you to communicate with them several times a year:
– Welcome to Agency
– Customer Satisfaction Surveys
– Pre-Renewal Offers to Schedule Insurance Reviews
– Customer Appreciation Drawings
It is really easy to go out of your clients’ sight and, consequently, out of their minds too. Make sure your clients get a couple of emails from you a year – wether you set them up a certain number of months after their birthdays or days after they sign up with your agency, keep yourself in their radar!
